Chamber honors 4

Last evening, the Greater Aiken Chamber of Commerce held its 94th Annual Dinner.  The theme, "Aiken . . . We're on a Mission," signified the important steps and initiatives the Chamber has undertaken in the past six years under the leadership of President J. David Jameson.  Immediate Past Chair Frank Thomas, Security Federal Bank, spoke of the Chamber's accomplishments in 2011, and 2012 Chair Arthur (Buzz) Rich covered the initiatives on the horizon this year.
As part of the evening's festivities, the Chamber honored citizens and businesses that are truly committed to the Aiken area. These award winners go above and beyond to make a difference in other's lives and contribute significantly to the economic prosperity and quality of life of the community.
