Executive to address Women in Business
The Little Things Matter is the topic for the Chamber’s spring Women in Business luncheon presented by Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC., President and CEO Carol Johnson.
The event will be held at Woodside Plantation Country Club on April 29 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The cost of the luncheon is $35 per person.
Attendees can expect to learn about a proven leadership style that could assist with advancing their career or provide validation for current practices. Johnson will share how something as simple as a bunny rabbit can provide inspiration.
"Every action has an impact, whether we know it or not, and sometimes the unintended consequences can extend far beyond what we may imagine,” Johnson said.
The chair-elect of the Aiken Chamber, Fran Jones, Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations, LLC, said, “I am excited that Carol will be our speaker at the spring Women in Business luncheon. She is a leader for women to look to for inspiration and vision in their own careers.”
The luncheon is part of the Aiken Chamber’s Women in Business program, a series of events that provides opportunities for women to network and become successful in business through luncheons, seminars, and other pertinent events.
