Mini trade show sold out

The Aiken Chamber means business, and business is what the 45 participants in the mini trade show are all about.  They were the first ones to sign up to display their goods and services at the Chamber's AllStar Membership Appreciation Cookout to be held May 18.  The trade show sold out on the day it was announced.

The quick response tells me that our members see value in the mini trade show because it provides business-to-business opportunities. When member businesses support each other, they strengthen our local economy," said Chamber President J. David Jameson.
The free members-only luncheon provides a special way for the Chamber to say thank you to those who continually invest in Aiken's future.

"Our members are all-stars because they are the backbone for creating jobs and economic prosperity for our citizens.  We're going to stop everything for three hours to deliver a simple message --- thank you for all you do to make Aiken the special place it is," said 2012 Chamber Chair Arthur W. (Buzz) Rich, Esq.
Chamber officers, professional staff, and the SCORE consultants will be grilling and serving hot dogs and fixins' from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
