Shelton appointed to Chamber Board

Charlie Hartz, Dunkin’ Donuts of Aiken and chair of the Greater Aiken Chamber of Commerce, has appointed Kristyne Shelton, Aiken Board of REALTORS®, to fill an unexpired Chamber board vacancy. Shelton has been the association execu­tive for the Aiken Board of REALTORS® for 13 years and has seen the member­ship grow by more than 100% during that time.

Before moving to Aiken in 2002, Shelton was the Direc­tor at Sun City Summerlin Las Vegas Community As­sociation with over 14,000 homes, 5 community cen­ters, 4 fitness centers, a the­ater, 3 golf courses and a res­taurant. She moved to Aiken to be closer to family. Shel­ton is the daughter of 2007 Chamber Chair K.D. Justyn.

Shelton was elected South Carolina Association Execu­tive of the Year by the South Carolina Association of Realtors in 2013, she gradu­ated from Leadership SCR in 2010 and has served on the Habitat for Humanity Selec­tion Committee for many years.

Shelton and her husband, Jerry, are the proud parents to 4 year-old daughter Ally and two four-legged chil­dren, Bailey and Kelsey.

Shelton’s term on the Chamber Board of Directors will end December 31, 2018.
