Women in Business to feature top female executives
Who are you, and what do you stand for in your professional life, in your personal life? How do you differentiate yourself and stand out in a crowd? Once you have a defined image of yourself, how do you consistently market that image across numerous platforms and leverage it to meet your goals?
Female executives from Aiken Regional Medical Centers, Bridgestone Americas Corporation, and Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC, will address these thought provoking questions at the Aiken Chamber’s upcoming Women in Business Spring Luncheon. “Personal Branding – What’s in it for You?” will be presented Wednesday, April 2, at Newberry Hall. The event will begin at 11:30 a.m. with networking, followed by lunch and the program.
The luncheon will feature Sharon Hagan, Aiken Regional Medical Centers; Lynn Ryle and Patti Brown James, Bridgestone Americas Corporation; and Alice Doswell, Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC.
The four women will serve on a panel, share their experiences, and offer sound advice on how to establish a personal brand. From owning one’s online reputation and being a leader others want to follow, to networking across generations, managing conflict, and engaging others, the panel discussion will cover a gamut of ingredients that make up a personal brand.
Fran Jones, Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations, Aiken Off Road Radial Plant, and vice chair of Business and Community Development for the Aiken Chamber, will serve as the luncheon emcee and panel facilitator.
“Your brand is your calling card to business. I am looking forward to learning more from our panel on how to enhance my business reputation in our community,” said Jones.
