The Chamber’s Fall Women in Business Luncheon will offer insight into women in leadership roles when USCA Chancellor Dr. Jordan shares her experiences and lessons learned with members of the Greater Aiken Chamber of Commerce.
As the institution’s fourth, and first female, chancellor, Dr. Jordan is passionate about higher education and believes that leadership roles offer the opportunity to do highly creative work.
Dr. Jordan has been involved in the higher education arena for the past 26 years and understands the value of learning and growing as a leader. During the Women in Business Luncheon, she will share her life experiences and lessons learned from her journey as a female in a wide range of leadership roles throughout her career.
“Leading Off the Beaten Path ...and Other Lessons Learned” will be presented Wednesday, December 5, 2012, at Woodside Country Club from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The cost of the luncheon is $30 per person.
The luncheon is part of the Aiken Chamber’s Women in Business program, a series of events that provide opportunities for women to network and become successful in business through luncheons, seminars, and other pertinent events.
