SCORE: Writing a business planDate: June 26, 2015Time: 9:30 am - 11:00 am
Building a successful business is hard work. That work is a little easier and better informed by a plan: a business plan.
How to write a business plan will be the subject of an upcoming SCORE seminar for new and existing businesses in the area. The principles of a business plan are sometimes overlooked or misunderstood. This seminar will explain the fundamental elements needed to be successful.
The seminar begins with the question, “Why do I need a business plan?” The answer is it can help to make a new or existing business successful!
Seminar topics will include:
- Elements of a business plan.
- Customer insights and knowledge
- Competition and pricing
- Finance and cash flow
There will also be time to build a brief business plan. The seminar will be presented by SCORE counselors with experience improving business performance. It will be held at the Greater Aiken Chamber of Commerce, 121 Richland Ave. E., Friday, June 26, 9:30 - 11 a.m. Doors open at 9:15.
This SCORE seminar is offered at no-cost to local businesses and entrepreneurs.
