Small-business owners are masters of multitasking and living their business 24-hours a day. Smartphone applications can be a key tool to managing a business efficiently.
How small-business owners can make the best use of smartphone applications is the topic of a SCORE seminar being held Friday, July 24, at the Greater Aiken Chamber of Commerce. The seminar is free and will run 9:30 - 11 a.m. Doors open at 9:15.
Attendees will learn how to use their smartphone in innovative ways to enhance productivity, follow up with customers, seek new customers and connect with employees and suppliers. Customer retention and loyalty will also be highlighted.
The seminar will be presented by Kim McNeely, interactive sales specialist with the Aiken Standard. McNeely is an Aiken native and assists clients with digital advertising, from website design to local and national digital marketing and promotions. She is a graduate of USC Aiken.
